The YWCA Fitness Center is an adult facility.  Children under the age of 18 may use the pool and gymnasium under the supervision of an adult Fridays after 1 pm and all day Saturday.

Exercise Classes and Wellness Programs:

·          Spinning

·          Yoga and Pilates

·          Lunchtime Aerobics- "Lunch Express" is a 45-minute aerobics class incorporating aerobics, step aerobics and body sculpting.

·          Pick-up Basketball- lunchtime basketball games at indoor gym feature competitiveness and camaraderie.

·          Water Therapy/Aerobics- The water is the safest environment to exercise when recovering from an injury and/or suffering from arthritis or any other joint disorder.  Slow moving, gentle exercises are performed for all joints to help increase flexibility and range of motion and decrease inflammation and pain.
