	Gary Wachs General Manager/Co-Owner It isn't every day that one of the hotel's owners is on hand to ensure your stay is special! Gary Wachs has plenty of experience helping guests enjoy the "suite" life. Gary's years as General Manager of King's Island Amusement Park has prepared him for the challenges and rewards of managing Garfield Suites Hotel. Gary and his family have spent their entire lives in Greater Cincinnati; Gary loves the city, its citizens, and everything southern Ohio has to offer. Gary and the staff set Garfield Suites Hotel apart from the chains and other hotels you visit. As co-owner of the hotel, Gary's day-to-day management of the hotel ensures that every guest receives the level of services demanded in our mission statement: "To provide quality accommodations with personalized friendly service, dedicated to guest satisfaction."
Mick Douthat Director of Sales Mick graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management. Upon graduating, Mick began his career here at The Garfield Suites as Front Office Manager. Mick has spent the last 10 years gaining valuable experience in the hotel industry in various properties serving as Sales Account Manager, District Sales Management and General Manager. Mick and the entire sales staff at The Garfield Suites Hotel is dedicated to ensuring that your overnight group, meeting or catering event are memorable and successful.
	Laura Duncan Sales/Reservations Manager A graduate of Cincinnati State and Technical College:Hotel/Restaurant Management Program, Laura has held various positions at several hotels including Guest Service Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Sales, General Manager and Director of Training Systems Manager. With over 20 years of hotel experience, Laura understands that every guest is important and provides individual attention ensure the success of your group, meeting or event.
